Rodney Jackson
Founder and President
Bringing over two decades of practical experience as an organizational development practitioner, executive coach, and leadership development trainer, Rodney Jackson is a highly effective group facilitator in a virtual or classroom environment. He excels in keeping participants engaged and has vast experience in virtual and in-person coaching and training.
Rodney Jackson is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation with fifteen years of evidence-based executive coaching experience. He provides innovative approaches to allow individuals and groups to identify problems and develop plans for greater effectiveness and fulfillment. Using proven methods of adult learning, participants are always fully engaged with actions to take back and apply on the job.
Prior to founding The Caleb Consulting Group in 2006, Rodney’s career included roles as Executive Director, Training and Organizational Effectiveness Director, Human Resources Director, and National Training Manager. He works across many sectors, including technology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, animal science, medical devices, insurance, defense, and non-profits.
